If you bring in refugees you should be responsible for them, any violations that might occur and their financial needs, that way you would be careful, and diligent in instructing them in regard to the difference in the laws here and wherever they came from so there are no misunderstandings about what is legal or accepted and what is not. Instead of waiting until there is a problem, and creating a firestorm of rumors by trying to hush something up as the governmentsy have done in European countries. We have our own bad element here, but if they had moved here from elsewhere, looked or acted different, they would be treated and thought of worse any time they were caught or suspected in a transgression. (For instance, those who toppled the Hartwick gravestones were known within a week, but because it was kept out of the papers, word probably spread faster about who they were, the news media itself is becoming obsolete for this reason). Educate refugees, ASAP not just in what benefits are offered them but what responsibilities they have in return for this generosity. So we can avoid any issues.
