If you want to get in the Halloween mood, take a detour along Tansey Road, Town of Milford, where Abby Waters, 14, her brother Noah, 8, and parents Fred and Mary Jane have decorated dozens of pumpkins along the roadway to herald the upcoming arrival of All Hallow's Eve on Oct. 31.
