Higgins, Schue To Discuss Energy Transition

ONEONTA—Retired professor Dennis Higgins and engineer Keith Schue will present a talk titled “Can New York Combat Climate Change without Destroying Communities?” at Huntington Memorial Library at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 15. They will examine the current state of New York’s energy transition plan, noting its failure to meet several key climate goals while overriding home rule in many areas of the state.
