She has been following the Mets since their first season in 1962.

“At the age of 7, I went to my first Mets game,” said Clark. “My husband is a fan, he used to sell hotdogs at Shea Stadium.”

It truly is a family affair for the Clarks.  “All my kids are fans, plus my daughter-in-law, it’s almost like a prerequisite for my family.”

Clark’s son Ryan took his mom to a playoff game at Citi Field on Columbus Day, where they watched the Mets clobber the Dodgers 13 to 7.

Game one of the World Series will be Oct. 27 at either Kansas City or Toronto. The series moves to Citi Field on Oct. 30.

This is the fifth time the Mets are in the World Series. Past appearances in the fall classic were in 1969, 1973, 1986, and 2000.
