Donna Mateunas of Roseboom, right, a services aide with the county Office for the Aging, received an “Outstanding Employee” certificate this morning from county Rep. Kathy Clark, R-Otego, county board chair. Mateunas, who visits senior citizens who receive home-delivered meals, said she takes pride in helping clients stay in their homes.
