Davenport Man Faces 24 Years In Heroin Arrest A Davenport man, Cody Barnes, 28, was arrested earlier this week for selling heroin in the City of Oneonta, the county Sheriff’s Department announced today. Because of an earlier conviction, he faced 24 years in jail. In early January 2014 during the on-going heroin drug trafficking investigation, a quantity of heroin was purchased from Barnes on two separate occasions, deputies said. The case was recently presented to the Grand Jury and Barnes was indicted.…
