Oneonta School Board Considers Letting Graduates Decorate Caps ONEONTA – Decorate away! When it meets at 7 p.m. Thursday, the Oneonta City School Board will consider a resolution to allow seniors to decorate their mortarboards at this year’s commencement exercises on Saturday, June 25.
