She was 84. Susan was born in Oneonta on Sept. 12, 1933, the daughter of Alice (Ford) House and Dr. Leroy S. House.  She was the granddaughter of Dr. Merton L. Council Support Sought To Upgrade Library Park ONEONTA – The Huntington Memorial Library director will ask Common Council Tuesday for a resolution supporting its $500,000 plan to make the park around the park more welcoming and used by the public.
