Cooperstown Parking Permits Will Go Into Effect Tomorrow COOPERSTOWN – Traffic was steady at the Village Clerk’s office at 22 Main St. this afternoon with residents making last-minute purchases of summer parking permits. The permits go into effect Saturday, the start of Memorial Day Weekend, and allow permit holders to park on village streets anywhere where paid parking is in place.
