IN MEMORIAM: Randy C. Bullis, 61;
Lifelong Resident Of Otsego County
HARTWICK – Randy C Bullis, 61, of Hartwick, a lifelong Otsego County resident, passed away unexpectedly March 9, 2018 at his home.
He was born on Aug. 1, 1956, in Oneonta, son of the late Clayton and Bessie (Houck) Bullis. He graduated from Franklin Central School.
Randy worked over the years for the City of Oneonta, The Meadows and Otsego Manor before retiring. In recent summers, he worked at Cooperstown Dreams Park.
For many years, he played softballs with friends, most recently with The Renegades, and he took great pride in doing this. He was also an avid bowler, bowling on several teams during the winter months.
Randy is survived by his companion of 26 years Lori Fox; his two children, Mellisa Bullis and Randy (RJ) Bullis Jr.; his brother Barry (Diane) Bullis; sisters Ruth Anne Martin, Shirley (Gordon) Oliver and Penny Klinegardener; along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is also survived by Lori’s children; Amanda Duke, Samantha Fox and Martin Fox, her four grandchildren, who he loved as his own, Ryan, Alex, Emma and Onna.
He was predeceased by an infant brother Gene Bullis and sisters June Anderson, Joyce Bullis and Caroline Finch.
Per Randy’s wishes there will be no funeral or calling hours. In lieu of flowers please donate to your favorite charity in Randy’s memory.
