Kudos for DMV Satellite Office

I read with great satisfaction the recent news that a DMV satellite office will open next year in Oneonta. MacGuire Benton made this a central issue of his unsuccessful campaign for county clerk last year. Providing this essential service to the most populous part of our county was an issue that could not be ignored. It is good to see that the Clerk’s Office adopted this idea and has been working to make this a reality.
