TJ Maxx Offers ‘Virtual Queue’

To Limit Lines, Protect Customers

ONEONTA –  TJ Maxx at Southside Mall has begun offering customers a chance to virtually save their spot in line, rather than wait out in the cold.

This morning, TJ Maxx unveiled the plan, which will affect not only the Southside location, but all locations and  sister stores, Marshalls, HomeGoods and Homesense. With COVID policies limiting the number of people in the store at any time, the “queue” alerts shoppers when it is their turn to safely enter.

The queue can be accessed by a QR code at the store or with a store associate.
