Spirit Of Christmas Lives

At JMOC Holiday Party

Jaden Lee, Oneonta, gets help with making a Christmas card from Pat Murphy, Oneonta, at the 2nd annual Angel Tree Party at St. Mary's this afternoon. The event, hosted by Jail Ministries of Otsego County, provided an afternoon of activities and food for children which included card making, face painting, cookie decorating, making center pieces and other Holiday crafts. There was even a shop where kids could pick out gifts free of charge to send to their incarcerated parents. At the end of the party, each child goes home with several wrapped presents for themselves to open on Christmas day. (Ian Austin/AllOTSEGO.com)
