Unadilla EMS, Fire Department Officer

Susan H. Gregory

UNADILLA – Susan H. Gregory, 64, an officer in the Unadilla Emergency Squad and fire department, passed away Thursday evening, Sept. 26, 2019,  at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on Jan. 26, 1955 in Oneonta to Earl and Merle Hitchcock.

An employee of Scoville-Meno, Sidney, and was also a member and treasurer of the emergency squad.

She was a member and treasurer of the Unadilla Emergency Squad/Fire Department.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Gregory, Unadilla, three children, Jill and Brian Smith, Unadilla, Tyler Gregory, Unadilla, and Brandi Gregory, Bainbridge; five grandchildren, Kacey, Cody Caleb, and Abigail and Gideo;, great-grandchild, Raegan; her mother, Merle “Micki” Hitchcock, Sidney; sister, Jeanne DeSilva, Franklin; brothers, Gary Hitchcock, Rochester, and  Richard and Amanda Hitchcock, Watsontown, Pa., and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her father, Earl Hitchcock.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2, at the Westcott-Madden Funeral Home 123 Main St., Unadilla.
