ONEONTA – A suspect has been charged with petit larceny for entering the Piercing Pagoda kiosk while it was closed in Southside Mall and taking money from the till, sheriff’s deputies report.
Frankie H. Demedina, 55, of Oneonta was arrested Saturday for criminal trespass as well as petit larceny, and released on appearance tickets returnable at Oneonta Town Court.
