WAMC Raises $1 Million In Record 3-Plus Days Albany-based Northeast Public Radio WAMC, which serves Otsego County, announced at 11:35 a.m. it has reached its $1 million fundraising coach “in three days and a morning,” according to announcer Joe Donahue. “That’s amazing,” said Alan Chartock, WAMC president, on the record completion of the thrice-annual fund drive.
