Primary Polls Open Until 9 p.m. On 2 Republicans, 2 Democrats COOPERSTOWN – The polls are now open for the Republican and Democratic primaries in the 19th Congressional District.  Voting continues until 9 p.m. today. Republicans can vote on either John Faso or Andrew Heaney as their party’s candidate in the November elections to succeed retiring U.S. Rep. Chris Gibson.
