Arrest Made In Break-In At Cooperstown Offices COOPERSTOWN – Village Police report an arrest has been made in the overnight break-ins at 21 Railroad Ave. The name of the suspect has not been released, since the arraignment has not yet occurred, Village Police report.  It is expected to occur later this afternoon.
