Oneonta Man, Two 18-Year-Olds Arrested In Burglaries, Police Say ONEONTA – Jason E. Blass, 39, of Oneonta, and two unidentified 18-year-olds have been arrested for unspecified burglaries in Otsego and Chenango counties, state police at Troop C announced today.
