3 More Cases Found; One Person Recovers COOPERSTOWN – Three more cases of COVID-19 surfaced overnight, county Public Health Director Heidi Bond reported a few minutes ago, bringing the total Otsego County cases to 61. Overnight, one more person recovered from the illness, raising recoveries from 45 to 46. Three remain hospitalized, same as yesterday.  And the reported deaths remain at four.…
