IN MEMORIAM: Barbara Novko, 86, Of Laurens; Mother Of 7 Children LAURENS – Barbara Katharine Novko, 86, who raised seven  children, passed away, Aug. 13, 2018 at Fox Nursing Home, Oneonta. She was born Dec. 19, 1931, in Albany, the daughter of Arthur and Katharine (Carey) Hutson. Barbara graduated from Holy Names Academy in Albany.  She held several jobs during her lifetime, her most treasured was being a mother and grandmother.…
