FULL OBITUARY Betty Anne Schwerd, 65;  Supervisor, Representative BURLINGTON – Betty Anne (BA) Schwerd, 65, of Burlington, the retired Otsego County representative, went to join her parents and son on Saturday, March 18, 2017, at Bassett Hospital, with her loving family at her side.
