News from the Noteworthy Thursday’s Forum Will Address Cat Overpopulation This Thursday, February 9, the Susquehanna Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is hosting a Community Cat Forum at the Foothills Performing Arts and Civic Center in Oneonta.
