POLICE ARREST SUSPECT IN COLGATE HIT AND RUN A 22-year-old woman, Ashlie Shanice Well,  is in jail after police say she hit a pedestrian and didn’t stop to help, NEWS29 and the Daily Progress are reporting.  She is charged with felony hit and run, resulting in a personal injury.
