Before The Super Bowl There Is CANO’s Chili Bowl   ONEONTA – Chili lovers from around the area turned out in droves to taste the areas best chilies at the ever-popular Chili Bowl at CANO this afternoon. CANO’s biggest fundraiser, celebrating its 12th year,  sold over 430 bowls made by local artisans at the nearby Carriage House Art Studio.
