Voting Machine Breaks Down, But Repaired With All Votes Safe COOPERSTOWN – The voting machine at the Town of Otsego polling place inside St. Mary’s Parish Hall broke down, but has been repaired, according to Voting Inspector Mary Anne Whelan.
