IN MEMORIAM: Betty Anne Schwerd, 66; Former County Representative EDMESTON – Betty Anne Schwerd, 66, of Edmeston, the former District 10 representative to the Otsego County Board and Burlington town supervisor,  died Saturday, March 18, in Cooperstown.
