Village Trustees Throw Out 26 Uncleared-Sidewalk Fines COOPERSTOWN – After receiving five letters of complaints from homeowners fined $108 each in January because they failed to clear an inch of snow from their sidewalks, the Village Board this evening “cancelled” their fines.
