COUNTY WORKERS APPROVE CONTRACT Lindberg: Move May Add $1M To Budget Gap COOPERSTOWN – The rank and file of Otsego County’s largest labor union today ratified a tentative contract, according to CSEA communications specialist Mark Kotzin.
