Delgado Plans Open House To Launch Oneonta Office, As Well As Coop ‘Town Hall’ WASHINGTON – In addition to his Monday Town Hall meeting in Cooperstown, U.S. Rep. Antonio Delgado, R-19th, will officially open his Otsego County office during a week-long “in-district work period,” his office announced today.
