  4 Store Windows Broken Overnight 25-Year-Old From Buffalo Charged ONEONTA –  A 25-year-old from Buffalo was arrested overnight and charged with breaking a plate glass window at Tino’s Pizza and two other downtown businesses. Leonard P. Funderbunk was charged with three counts of criminal mischief, a class E felony.
