News Briefs: May 2, 2023 NYSEG and RG&E to Offer Repayment Assistance NEW YORK STATE—New York State Electric & Gas and Rochester Gas and Electric, subsidiaries of AVANGRID Inc., announced new assistance and repayment plans for customers on April 17.
