Police: Woman Broke Mother’s Cell Phone EXETER – A woman was arrested for smashing her mother’s cell phone during a dispute, according to the State Police at Richfield Springs. Alicia Greene, 33, was arrested after an investigation into a domestic dispute on County Route 19 in the Town of Exeter.
