Cooperstown Curate Takes Pulpit At Schenectady Episcopal Church COOPERSTOWN – The Rev. Matt Stromberg, Christ Episcopal Church curate, Sunday assumed his new pulpit at St. George Episcopal Church in Schenectady’s historic Stockade district. Stromberg had been ministering to the local parish since the departure of Father Mark Michaels in 2015 for a new position in Virginia.  The search for Michaels’ permanent successor continues.
