Delgado Co-Sponsors 1st Bill: ‘For The People’ Legislation Otsego County’s congressman, Antonio Delgado, D-19, yesterday cosponsored his first piece of legislation, H.R. 1, the “For the People” Act, aimed at “addressing the imbalance of corporate power to make government work for the people,” according to a press release.
