Prentice, 78, retired maintenance coordinator at Bassett Hospital, died at his summer home in the Town of Pittsfield on June 24, 2017. He was born in New Berlin on Sept. 6, 1938 to Harry and Winnifred Steere Prentice. He spent his childhood in the New Berlin area and attended and graduated from New Berlin Central School.…
