IN MEMORIAM: Samuel H. Neal, 79; Presbyterian Pastor, Systems Analyst SPRINGFIELD CENTER – Samuel H. Neal III, 79, of Springfield Center, a retired Presbyterian pastor and teacher, passed away suddenly Monday, Sept. 26, 2016, at Bassett Hospital. He was born on April 6, 1937, in Philadelphia to Samuel H. Neal Jr. and Grace Hawlk Neal, and was raised there. He married Arlene Sloan Neal on June 14, 1958, and served in the Air Force 1960-1966.…
