IN MEMORIAM Francis Hart May Jr., 99; Fortune 500 VP, WWII Vet COOPERSTOWN – Francis Hart May, Jr., 99, a retired Johns-Mansville executive vice president and decorated World War II veteran, died at the Clara Welch Thanksgiving Home on Wednesday, July 13.  He was surrounded by his children and grandchildren.
