Hartwick Announces $10,000 Scholarships For All NY Students Unlike Cuomo’s Excelsior Program, No Residency, Income Requirements ONEONTA – Hartwick College announced today it will provide a $10,000 Founders’ Award scholarships to each newly enrolled first-year and transfer student who is a resident of New York State, beginning in fall 2018.
