Hartwick Highway Super Charged With Petit Larceny HARTWICK – The Town of Hartwick Highway Superintendent was arrested and charged with several misdemeanors by Otsego County Sheriff’s Department. Frederick R. Striesse, 60, Hartwick was charged with petit larceny, official misconduct and offering a false instrument for filing after the Hartwick Town Board allegedly discovered a series of fraudulent charges on the town’s credit card and reached out to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Department.…
