IN MEMORIAM: Kitty Oliver, 92; Leaves Many Friends In Oneonta ONEONTA – Kitty Oliver, 92, passed away on Monday, Dec. 18, 2017, at St. Margaret’s Care Home in Hawick, Scotland, leaving many friends behind in Oneonta.
