Tuesday Evening, ZBA Considers Downtown Hotel Height Variance COOPERSTOWN – The height variance required by developers of a four-story downtown hotel is on the agenda at Tuesday’s village Zoning Board of Appeals meeting, which begins at 5 p.m. at 22 Main.
