IN MEMORIAM: Elaine Paisley, 80; Jamaica Native Moved Here In 2000 MARYLAND – Elaine M. Paisley, 80, a Jamaica native who moved to the U.S. in 2000 to be near her family, passed away Aug. 16, 2018, at her home in the Town of Maryland. She was born Dec. 15, 1937, in Jamaica, the daughter of Kenneth and Anzonetta (Hunter) Paisley.
