IN MEMORIAM: Jane S. Wetmore, 89; Worked Half-Century At Wilber Bank ONEONTA – Jane S. Wetmore, 89, familiar to customers at Wilber National Bank for 50 years, passed away Nov. 27, 2018, at Fox Hospital. She was born Jan. 10, 1929, at home in Oneonta, to Leo and Jane (Woody) Signor.  Telford Street was her first home.  She lived there with her brother, Joseph Signor and sister, Mary Signor Klubko, both whom have predeceased her.
