2nd Democratic Challenger Plans Run Against Seward SHERBURNE – Today, Jermaine Bagnall-Graham made it official: He is running for the Democratic nomination to challenge state Sen. Jim Seward, R-Milford, this fall for the 51st District Seat. His prospective candidate was first reported two weeks ago on www.allotsego.com. Audrey Dunning, a lawyer from Ilion, has already announced she intends to seek the nomination in the 51st, setting up a primary in advance of the general election.…
