John Remillard To Retire As Fox Hospital President ONEONTA – John D. Remillard today announced his retirement as Fox Hospital president, a post he has held since 1988. Among the many highlights of his tenure, he negotiated Fox’s affiliation with the Bassett Health Network in 2011, and in 2013 led the “Gold Standard of Patient Care” fund drive that raised the local share of more than $10 million in improvements to the hospital.
