Anderson, 78, of Oneonta, former Laurens town highway superintendent after retiring from farming in West Edmeston, died unexpectedly Wednesday March 29, 2017, in Oneonta. Bob was born April 1, 1938, in Canandaigua, son of the late Robert E. and Norma Bulman Anderson. He was a graduate of Victor Central School prior to working for the state Thruway. Soon after, Bob joined the Coast Guard.…
