Bassett Appoints Carpenter As 1st Chief Dental Officer COOPERSTOWN – Leah Carpenter, DMD, has been appointed Bassett Healthcare’s first chief dental officer, Dr. Steven Heneghan, chief clinical officer, announced yesterday.
