IN MEMORIAM: Linda L. Briggs, 62; Ran Home Daycare For 30 Years MARYLAND – Linda L. (Sutton) Briggs, 62, passed away on November 22, 2019 at Albany Veteran’s Medical Center. She was born September 5, 1957 in Oneonta, the daughter of Robert and Carol (Munson) Sutton. Linda graduated from Andrew S.
