IN MEMORIAM:  Lois Forsyth-Ocon, Cooperstown COOPERSTOWN – Lois Forsyth-Ocon passed away suddenly on Monday, Dec. 14, 2015, in Tarpon Springs, Fla.  She was formerly of Baldwin, N.Y., and Cooperstown. Survivors include husband Robert, daughter Ann, and step-children Debra, Robert, Joseph.  She was predeceased by sons Robert, Joseph and James. Cremation and a private ceremony were planned in Florida.…
